Lost Packages
Investigating complaints about lost packages may take up to 4-5 days, during which we will work to
locate the package or provide a replacement.
Damaged or Stolen Products in Transit
A product is deemed damaged if it arrives with torn fabric or any physical harm caused by mishandling.
A product is considered stolen if the package is received in a bag with a broken seal, empty, or
containing fewer items than ordered. In either situation, please reach out to our Customer Care within 7
